Not clear on parts ordered, told me i had to pay 41.00 in return shipping on a 69.00 part! Then ordered correct part and gave me a whopping 5.00 off!
I ordered fender flares for a Dodge ram and the hardware kit did not come with the order. I have reached out several times to protuning labs. And since I could not attach a picture of the original shipping box they will not replace the hardware kit. I cannot find the hardware kit online, and they cannot or will not direct me to one that will work. I will never do business with this company again.

I purchased HID headlights (SKU: HID-HD-JH-NA134D-OE-L_HD-JH-NA134D-OE-R) for my car on February 14, 2020. Last week both my headlights stopped working. The lights are rated for 2000 plus hours but my usage was far less than 900 hours. When I contacted customer service for a credit I received nothing, which was very disappointing. I enjoy doing business with Pro Tuning but customer service is a major factor in my choice of whether to continue making purchases in the future.

I ordered 2 sets of headlights for Christmas gifts. I called to verify order and wanted to make sure ordering 2 sets was not a mistake. The person I spoke with said everything looked good, made a note and informed me since they have so many orders I probably would not receive them in time for Christmas. I knew it would be iffy whether I would get them or not so that wasn’t an issue for me.
