It’s very hard to o navigate,long hold times ,seems like u never get ur order
It took 40 mins to place this order having to retype address and info then PayPal needed my photo on licences!
Fog light defective and 2+ weeks shipping to swap it. Mounting holes don't line up and dash switch doesn't fit. At least they turn on. I'll keep them now that I modified everything to fit.
kind of confusing ad, 20 wheel studs in a picture of a pair of spacers, and no information about how many studs im getting. At this point it feels like im risking getting 40 studs! lol
I ordered a set of fender flares from pro tuning labs last April at first the order seemed to be fine but when I checked the address on shipment tracking it was going to another state I contacted the company and they said it had issues being delivered. So I paid additional shipping charges to have it sent again. My payment info was rejected 5 times before it finally went through.
On 2/15 I ordered some headlights for my mother’s vehicle. I received them on 2/20. I took them to an auto repair shop to be installed on 2/22. Unfortunately, the lights were not able to be installed because a ballast was needed. Frustrated, I instead bought my mom LED lamps to be installed in her car. On this same day, wasting no time I contacted Protuning Lab to return the item. side lights didn't even come close to fitting had to reinstall orange originals back in. Drive light bulbs don't lock in like factory. Rough road and they fall out of the socket. I wouldn't recommend at least for a 93 Silverado. Headlights fit the housing for drive lights fit but nothing else. Not very happy with them
Ask customers to send pictures, that way when we are looking to purchase a product, we can actually see what it will look like on a similar model vehicle
