This is my 3rd time ordering this part. I really hope I get it soon. It just sucked my payment didn’t go through the first couple times and I had to go to a couple place to pull out money and send it to Texas which I live in Cali and my card is associated with Texas address! But hopefully things are better now
Yet they have no tracking information any more, last place it was, was in ILLINOIS.
Bought headlights that didn’t not connect due to pins on light where to small. They would not refund had to send pics then a video witch would have cost me more money to have shop put on and make video of there lights not working. After mouths of complaining they finally said they would refund but would not pay the 57 $ shipping fees. Ordered headlights from them, had to reach out to see when they where shipping out. They responded immediately buy after my headlights arrived broken they have yet to respond to me I have reached out multiple times and even sent in a request for a return through their website and have not heard anything back..its been 2 weeks now..I will not order or recommend anyone to order from them from now on.
Trying to get a refund and they don't get back to me. Did what they asked and still didnt get a response to how ima supose to return the item.
I ordered a tried truckbed cover and wanted it for my father's bday. They cancelled the order and I didn't get the money back for 3 days. I'm mad because I have to wait now for a different one.
Parts showed up with zero info for installing . Made it very difficult. Taillights have different plugs on them that don’t March with own plugs. Called Protuninglab lab and the didn’t have any info to help me. Still looking for plugs at local auto parts stores.
