I am renting an apartment here and had an ac problem, on Saturday after hours, and Chris showed up in literally 5 minutes, and repaired the unit in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, during his visit. I was very impressed with the fast service he provided. He even went out of his way to provide me with a trash can to leave outside for pickup. Great experience and very well kept complex ,and the location can't be beat. Very pleased with all here.

I just moved out of Providence Main on 10 February. I lived in 2102. The place is nice, and maintenance is Johnny on the Spot. No complaints there. However, if you like spelling pot day and night, you can live there. Every day and night, all I spelled was skunk. I reported it a couple times, but they said there was nothing they could do because they didn't know where it was coming from. The smell was terrible.
