Took almost an hour to get our food once we ordered. His potatoes were cold. It was SO loud in there we couldn't even hear each other and we were sitting right next to each other. The waitress was great and very apologetic about how long it took to get our food. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but would not eat at Provisions.
We had been saving up money to go back to Provision and we were so disappointed by our service. Our server took our order incorrectly and my food came out wrong. They took my husbands food back as well and brought it back out with my order and both our meals were cold. Our waiter never asked how our food was either so we didn’t get to tell him about our poor quality of food. We love going to Provision, and we were looking forward to our Devour Indy meal. I ordered the strip steak, it was terrible. It was full of gristle and was hardly able to eat any of it. I did tell the waiter, and he did take some off of my bill. My wife's meal was very good, and the bread, salad and desert was great. I don't know if the steak issue was due to it being a Devour Indy item, but I would not get it again without knowing the quality of the steak.
Twice in one week, bad experiences at CRG restaurant group. Had an reservation but had to wait for 25 mins to get seated. We were offered a "sorry about that". Specifically request a not hightop but were guess what happened? 😂. Our server was plenty rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience.
I wasn’t asked for my points card and forgot and my dinner wasn’t added to that. I called back and they said it would be added but didn’t hear back from them.

Absolutely, we can add those. All I need is a check number or provide me with the date you were in and your VIP number and the last 4 digits of the credit card number so I can find the ticket. Or you can call and ask for a manger and we will get you taken care of. Sorry about missing this while you were here.
Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but the experience was really disappointing. The hostess was far from welcoming (even though we had a reservation and arrived on time) and our poor waitress was required to manage the lobby bar on top of her section. We felt awful watching her dash back and forth, but she maintained a great attitude. In terms of the food, the portions were extremely small and a little heavy on salt.
