We always love to dine at Provision and the food was wonderful. Great service team too. But on a very slow night our meal took 2 full hours / so I’m not sure if the kitchen was slow? I never want to be rushed but this seemed incredibly lengthy with a mostly empty restaurant. The food and wine does exceed expectations so hopefully this was an anomaly in their usually outstanding dining experiences.
