My wife’s birthday. I booked another trendy new Carmel restaurant and when we arrived we reali my mistake that the reservation was for Monday. Not being able to seat us for dinner I quickly booked another trendy new open slot at Provision. My mistake made for a great night and one of our best meals of late! My husband and I actually ate here a few years ago the day we eloped, and being back in the area felt like the perfect excuse to revisit and celebrate our anniversary with friends. The whole table did the Chef’s tasting menu and everything was incredible. Food? Will be dreaming about it. Staff? Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely recommend!
