One of the best meals we have had in Indy. We are new to the area and this was our first time at Provision. We thought the food and service was outstanding. The wine list is very well appointed. We would recommend the bread appetizer and the waygu beef dumplings! The presentation of all food is amazing! My husband and I split the beet salad - delicious! And he had the filet - tender and tasty and i had the salmon. The prep on the salmon is ridiculously good! Overall a home run and will return.
