So far so good! I bought this to replace a different brand of label maker that was only $20, but only lasted for about a year (first one) and less than a few months (second one), and didn't work on arrival (third one). This thing is so easy and convenient!!!! Prints out amazing labels and really it is so versatile. Amazing amount of border options and so easy to use!!! I highly recommend this for the average user. If you need wider labels you will have to look elsewhere.
It is nice but complicated When I could not find my smaller label maker,by Dymo, I ordered this one. ( Of course I located the one I had once I started cleaning up my desk!) This machine is nicer than what I had and has all kinds of options, and all kinds of instructions and online video's. I do find it rather complicated and more than I probably need.
