All the features we needed This printer replaced one that we had used for over 15 years. What an upgrade.
Provided me a "Sample" Received the item but it was labelled sample
Stopped working correctly after 3 weeks of use The P-Touch stopped being able to print labels generated by the Brother P-Touch 5.4 software (the P-Touch label maker would just freeze and stop printing). This started happening a week after the return window.
Absolutlry worthless. These DO NOT work on the Brother PT-D600 labeler. I burned up 2 of these trying to get them to work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IF USING THE PT-D600 LABELER!!!!
Only uses TZe tapes Returned. I have a lot of TZ tapes from my previous unit that died. This unit ONLY takes the newer TZe tapes. Description did not mention that.
the system destroys tapes it is worthlesss and my manual system is far superior I want the cost of the system refunded
Ships with wrong cable Avoid this product. It ships from Brother with a USB Micro cable but the machine Only accepts a USB Mini Cable. Brother support is Non-Existent .
Limited options, Wastes lots of tape I bought one of Brother's more expensive labelers thinking it would have many options. WRONG! It's only compatible with TZe tapes. I needed white letters on red tape. Doesn't exist! I settled for black on red, and are these people color blind? Their version of red is more like orange. You can't create blocks of text. Now it wont I love this as it does about 7 lines, so I used it when mailing letters. It is just great and easy to use. I love it! Now it will not turn on 7/25/21. I am so upset. It should last more than 2 years.
