One Star tape did not feed correctly!
the worst works well, but....... if you use smaller tape, kiss it goodbye. it will end up in the machine and can get them out. i expected much better from a brothers product.
Malfunctioning machine out of the box and HORRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT Cutter did not work from the start. It shredded a $12 tape. I called Brother Technical Support. I was on hold for 40 minutes on 1.27.16 for a support specialist. He was totally clueless about the machine. He put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back. He never called me back although he had the phone number. I called back and I was forced to get in line once again. after waiting 20 minutes I gave up and will try again the next day. Not happy No soft wear, difficult to down loan from the site
My unit does not work properly and I wasted money on expensive tape that can not be used ... My unit does not work properly, I am contacting Brother Printer tomorrow by phone, if nothing gets resolved, I am asking Amazon for a refund. I loaded the sample tape, pressed print and the unit jammed, I removed the tape and now that tape is completely unable to be used. I went and bought a new tape for $15.00 through amazon, loaded it again because i figured maybe the sample tape was a dud, and again the same thing happened my unit... read more

Not sure if I want to bump it up to three or four stars.If you are going to connect this to a Macbook or other apple product,good luck,their app and download crashes right in the middle of your job! Very frustrating. I needed to make some custom labels and that is why I chose this model.
