Exceeded all expectations This thing is just awesome!!! So many fonts to choose from. You just download the app on your phone and can create any type of labels. I'm really suprised about this label maker.
5 Stars! Unreservedly! This little Bluetooth-connected label maker/printer is a blast. But it's not quite perfect. This "downside" doesn't affect its 5-star rating, but it's something a prospective buyer needs to be aware of: it only accepts tapes up to 12mm (not the 24mm (1") the, for example, Brother P-Touch PC Connectable Label Maker (PT-P700) or others offer). Easy to set up and use. Lots of fonts and tape colors. Labeling made easy and quick! I have used P-Touch label makers in a professional setting, but never at home - mistake! We are organizing things (files, boxes, photos, etc) in preparation for a move. This has made it so much easier (and a whole lot neater!) to get things labeled as needed. Great Hardware but the App not so much.... This little label maker is very nice! Compact, options to run off battery or plug it in, can use different color ribbon, and on and on! Prints faster than I would have thought, about the same speed as a handheld unit I had did. The app causes me to rate this lower. If I were to rate the app by itself I'd give it 2 stars. Love the P-Touch Cube by Brother ❤️ I love my P-Touch Cube ❤️😍. It works seamlessly with my smartphone. I've used it several times and it works great!! Love the size compared to other P-Touch labelers. Works great for on the go and has fun features and label customizing options. Works with a large variety of the TZe tapes. Recommend the CUBE for anyone wanting to print at home, work or on the go. You do need to be connected to power though. It is wireless because of Bluetooth connection but needs power cable to use the CUBE... read more

1.0 out of 5 stars Product stopped working after a few prints The product printed a few labels and stopped working. I returned the product and Amazon said they never received. So not only did the product not work but I did not even receive a refund from Amazon. When I tried to post a poor review on brother's website, their customer service rejected my review and did not publish. Highly unreliable company and product and poor reaction to honest feedback. Do not purchase anything from Brother.

I have a brother p touch with a keyboard and screen. It works great and it is somewhat compact. I bought this for the better interface and to be more compact. 2.0 out of 5 stars Difficult to use When it works, the labels are good quality. I had the previous Brother label maker with the full keyboard, and I never had an issue. With this one, the labels get stuck inside and crumpled up very often. The settings are also in all different places, making it hard to troubleshoot issues. It is also not much smaller than the full keyboard version. I regret getting this version and wish I got the one with the full keyboard again.
