Doesn’t print!! I had this for ten minutes and doesn’t work! I tried all the troubleshooting and doesn’t work. This thing sucks! I’ve tried everything and I just stopped printing
Ok but very poor app I have an old brother label printer with a keyboard that has worked well but is very clunky to use. Decided to try this printer to make creating the label more user friendly. It accomplishes that but is very frustrating to print and use. First, as has been mentioned, much of the label material is wasted. Worse, the label is not ejected properly. Stopped working At first it was great. Stopped working a little over a week after the return deadline.
Do not buy. Waste a lot of label. Leaves a large margin before each label. Sending back
Not fully functional with the App Bluetooth to the App and the labels will NOT print correctly. Followed instructions to the letter. Look elsewhere is my advise.
App is crap Downloaded the app on a brand new iPhone 13. Quit on me twice. Clicked the basic "food storage" label, got an error, got kicked out.
Purposefully wastes tape Adds 1 inch of wasted material in front of every label in order to sell more tape cartridges. Must manually use scissors to cut excess, so the built in cutter can only do half the job. The design software hides "just print some text" behind fancy design studio options, so it's many clicks in before you can just print a label.
Horribly wasteful of tape and needs scissors to cut. This prints 2 inches of blank space before every label. And you need to have a pair of scissors to cut it off. Horribly wasteful. I realize they make money by selling tape, but 50% of every role is wasted. And they don’t include a way to cut the tape, you have to hunt down a pair of scissors. At least they could have put a secondary cutter on the unit. Poor design absolutely miserable poor design. Designers of this machine did a horrible disservice to its customers.
面倒くさい スマホ連携云々謳ってはいるが、逆に言うとスマホと接続しないとただのプラスチックの箱。いろいろデザインとか出来るようだが自分には必要なかった。普通にキーボードついてて単独で動作するのにすれば良かったと後悔。
