2.0 out of 5 stars Wastes Tape Notice in all the photos of this product it shows a printed label sticking out of the side where the words are right to the end of the tape? That is a lie, They cut off the waste before taking the pictures. What they are not showing is the 1 inch of wasted material, It does NOT print right to the end. You waste tape on every print.

1.0 out of 5 stars Labels don’t work. This product doesn’t work as expected. The labels do not stick or stay on various items for my son’s school items which was the main purpose for purchasing. They fall or peel right off his lunchbox, thermos, cases, stashed bags, containers. I’m hoping to get a refund.

2.0 out of 5 stars Do not recommend I bought this product because it’s app-driven and it appeared to have a wide variety of label types. From the start, I would receive a “cutter error” after every three labels. I turned to machine on its side and the errors still existed, but were fewer. Last night, the unit stopped casting a wi-fi signal, so it’s a brick now.

2.0 out of 5 stars Garbage bluetooth connectivity ruins a pretty good product Every time I want to print a quick label it takes multiple attempts to get it reconnected. The actual creation and printing of the label is easy and fast. So when I think "oh I need a label. I can print it in 20 seconds" I inevitably think "oh but connecting it going to take over a minute" so I don't bother. So sort of useless.

1.0 out of 5 stars Randomly prints previous label(s) Embarrassed to say that although I am an IT guy could not figure out how to print only the label I just created. See pic for all the wasted tape! I created a single label "foyer" but it printed the previous label "lights" (even tho I never saved it). No way to clear memory or queu. Frustrating Sunday afternoon wasted.

Disappointing - had such high hopes I was so excited to be able to label all my stuff. The labels themselves look nice but there are several issues. You have to feed the tape before printing, which isn't clear in the instructions (I may have skimmed) and I had to go to troubleshooting to fix. By doing this you need to cut the tape yourself on the feed edge, wasting tape - this can also mean no so straight edge. You will also need scissors when labelling. Then I tried to get the backing off, which was very fiddly - there is a... read more

Not a fan I have several Brother Label Printers including this one. Not a fan. The print quality is there, but too much tape waste and the app isn't as intuitive as the PC software.
