Great Label Printer for basic labels I had an older similar Brother printer, PT2430PC. I do not use it very often. Recently I tried to print labels and it would not work. I assumed the problem might be related to Windows 10 recent updates. The Brother site did not have Windows 10 updates for it, so I scraped it and purchased this device. Brilliant Product Brilliant machine, fast and works well. Only snag is having to use a power cord, but it's better that relying on a rechargeable battery that can pack up and stop it from working. Dymo have this problem. Anyhow, really love this machine.

Usable but wasteful excess blank ends on tape This only gets a fair rating for several reasons. The programming wastes an enormous amount of tape due to its preset start and stop points that won’t allow you to print up-to the beginning and end of a strip. For 1 full size symbol it prints a minimum tape length of almost 3”. Therefore wasting over 2” every strip you print. Lack of directions included. One of the tapes was wound incorrectly at the factory and has creases in it.
Easy to use. Great unit. Great product! Functions as advertised.
