Good product We use them internally, it’s a good product
I love it Excellent label printer, I love the plug-and-play feature. You just plug it in and launch the included software for PC or Mac from it, it shows up as a USB drive. The software could be better but is fine for purpose. Unfortunately you can't disable auto-power-off, so the software will close after a while if you turn off the printer or it turns itself off. Perfect for this price The media could not be loaded. Everything is amazing, except half of the tape will go to waste (seems like almost all label printers with tape cartridge have this issue).
Issues with Mac P Touch editor does not seem to work with my MacBook Pro. I get an error when the software tries to install required driver. The existing driver works with P Touch Editor Lite however.
