We have had this for 3 years and it has ... We have had this for 3 years and it has just now given up, also it's important to note it gets used for a business and is used 5 days a week heavily for barcodes. We used it on Apple products with no issues. Plan to buy this or a newer model to replace.

Four Stars It works mostly as expected though I can't use NFC while battery powered.
Great when you can connect to it. When you can connect to it over Wi-Fi, it's a terrific label maker. The problem is that even if it's connected to Wi-Fi, the commands to print are frequently not received by it. I can confirm it has a network connection by logging into it with a browser, but the iPhone apps usually don't find it. The desktop app usually finds it, but frequently the label maker needs to be rebooted before it will work on a network. Five Stars Very good printer
Great Price, Works, No Battery Required! I added the 4 year square trade warranty on this thing because often enough, I only start to see problems after the 1 year manufacture warranty expires. Having said that, the price on the warranty started at $21 and then went to $10, when it finally hit $8. I hit the buy button. I used to use a DYMO label printer. And I can safely say that this one has alot more options when printing labels, they come out better, and it spits your label out, which the DYMO does not. I feel like this i... read more

This printer is a little beauty, in spite of the fact that it occasionally misprints on some media. Shipped with US plug. This printer is a little beauty, in spite of the fact that it occasionally misprints on some media. I like the software and choice of different labels that swap over easily. The built in cutter is great but can jam if pushed too hard. I am in Australia so had to buy a US-Aust 240V adaptor, which works fine (but extra cost).
