When it's awake, it's great. Pretty good overall. I wish it didn't turn off on its own, as I got this to be a totally wireless solution. So when I need it I'll have to go turn it on and wake it up. Once it's awake its a pretty good little printer. The iOS app has a few quirks but again overall it works great. I prefer computer connected label printers over their standalone brethren simply since working on a computer keyboard and screen is much easier than the small screens that are usually on the standalone units.

Five Stars awesome label maker, the easiest one to use.
Lower Quality than Previous Model Works good for us. Seems to have lower resolution and slower printing than its PT-2430PC predecessor. If you can still find a PT-2430PC, get it instead. The wifi feature in the new model isn't much of boon.
Great little printer! Excellent wireless label printer. Somewhat hard to set up but otherwise it works very well. I can create labels anywhere in the house or studio with my iPad. The options can be set so that the printer will print a stream of labels in a chain fashion whenever I hit the Print button in the P-Touch software. It adds a "half" cut through each label but not the backing. So when I walk back to the printer, there is a long bunch of labels ready to go.
