Had regular maintenance scheduled the next day, which was fantastic. Service rep. did an outstanding job explaining what the car maintenance needed to be done. Seems that even though I purchased extended gold maintenance coverage at the time of purchase. I still had to pay out of Pocket. It was brought to attention that there is a recall on my car and I was willing to wait to take care the recall that same day. Unfortunately the dealership doesn't have any of the parts for recall. Very kind and thoughtful staff! !! Javier took the time to explain all the services I would be needing and ways to keep my car healthy. He was great at communicating and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Cory, who drove me via shuttle, was very accommodating and we had a great conversation during the drive. Overall service is good. 3% service charge for using credit card is not welcome. Also, after paying I waited 15 minutes for car to be delivered. This is too long for me to stand outside
