Best parking-for-airport service we've ever encountered. Everyone who helped us was friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this service enough. And the best part is all of the money goes to the school. From arrival at the lot to the airport terminal took about 10 minutes total. Pick up at the airport was about a 10 minute wait, then a 5 minute drive. Check out was easy. We will definitely be using them again.
Great deal for parking at Westchester County/White Plains airport. Instead of $27 a day at the airport, PP2F offers $10 a day when purchased online in advanced, and even offers an online deal to get one day free when you park for a week. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast to arrive and took about 10 minutes. great service. got a deal from groupon and tried it out. they valet and transfer your bags to the shuttle. they were practically waiting for us. when we returned, we called them and waited a little bit for them to pick us up. overall great service. nothing was stolen from the car either.
What a great service! Fast, prompt, courteous and you get to the airport with no hassle! Great price as well. You really can't beat it.
do not park yourcar here for LGA. upon my arrival back from my trip my car was parked inbetween exits inside garage. I walked around it and noticed it was banged up. There never is a manager to speak to, do not waste your time calling and being put on hold or that a manager will call you back, it won't happen. Awful customer service, oh wait.. there is none AUG 2026. like others, if I could give no stars I would. my car was not returned in the condition i left it in. Lack of competent drivers and no one cares
Terrible. The last 2 times we used PP2F, on the return it took over 45 minutes for pickup. We saw a company APEX come twice and make pickups while we waited. This was not the case the first time we used PP2F so we wanted to give them another shot. Not sure what's going on but it looks like they only have 2 vans so if they are full before they get to your terminal you are SOL. Everyone is very nice but waiting for pick up sucks.
I have trusted Park2Fly with my vehicle several times, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My vehicle was damaged while it was in their care. I reported it immediately, submitted the repair estimate they requested, and spent weeks following up. After repeatedly being told they were looking into it, my claim was denied. The lot is easy to find and only 5 minutes from the airport. No problems with getting to the airport for my departing flight. On the way home I responded to the txt Park2Fly sent and let them know I was ready for pickup. Got a confirmation. Looked 10 min later at the tracking and there were no shuttles on the way. Called and got a recording which told me to call back in a few minutes. Did that a few times. Ultimately it became clear they were not running the shuttle anymore. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving Purchase Park 2 Fly at LaGuardia a second chance, I feel obligated to warn others. I used this company about a year ago and had a terrible experience. I hoped it was just an isolated incident, so I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience was even worse.
