Kelly is a miracle worker. Plain and simple. I'm in love with my new 'do' and I've gotten so many compliments on it today at work. I went from long, nasty dry hair to a sweet bob-like style and I couldn't be happier!
Typically don’t even do these, but I had such a bad experience with little to no explanation of why this happened.. I went in very excited for my hair appointment. Unfortunately my total was significantly more than I was quoted and not once did she say during the service “because I’m getting more color it’s going to be different then what I said in the beginning”. I’m so torn yes the place really needs house keeping desperately! The owner needs to be seriously ashamed to be charging so much money! I need a good colour specialist and Jennifer is really pretty good. I just paid $388.?? For highlights, balayage and added a cut so I could get my hair dried or it’s $65-$75 for a blow dry. I so truly can’t afford that! Combine price with only recommending (L’ Oreal) Kerestase.
