When I go to a Salon I expect to be heard, I know my hair better than anyone AND I am paying for a service. YES, every stylist is unique and “I know what I am doing, I have been doing it for X YEARS” is understandable... I've never minded paying any amount for my my hair done, just as long as it gets done as I asked. Needless to say, inconsistent results, poor service, and I also paid $285! Supposedly was scheduled with a higher ranked stylist named Jennifer. Never have been so displeased with my hair results!

I never write reviews but this salon was terrible. My stylist was trying to upsell me products throughout my entire 6 hour appointment to the point that she lied to me about pricing on a product I agreed for her to use in my hair. And without knowingly she used over 100$ worth of product in my hair without mentioning it to me. When I notified the salon about what had happened all they said was I'm sorry we'll refund you 10$. It is very hard to get an appointment and a little pricey for a cut and no blow dry....
Poor Customer Service. Jessica who was my hair stylist had no personality and was very rude. Complained about my awful experience to the owner who gave the excuse "maybe she's having a bad day". With all of the complaints...i still had to pay a percentage of the bill. NEVER AGAIN!! And last, if you do hair have your hair presentable. Now to find someone who knows what they're doing to fix it....
