Expensive and didn't care for the cut.
The stylist gave me an awful cut. It's uneven and she cut out huge chunks and ruined my hair. Stylists do not wear masks and did not sweep up the previous client's hair before asking me to sit it that chair. The chair was not sanitized nor was anything else. Beware!

I went to get my hair done yesterday and I started crying so bad when they were done with my hair. I went to get a balayage color and my hair came out nothing like my pictures not even close. My hair is the most important thing to me. Now they messed up my hair so bad!!! I will not be going back again!!

Wanted to lighten my dark hair and she put several products on it and I still had dark hair. She gave me a cut by using her sissors and made shark bites all over my head. The worst cut I ever had.

This is what your hair might look like after receiving a Keratin treatment. This is my hair outside in humid weather. I received a Keratin treatment from my stylist that lasted about one month and I was promised 6 months. Who would pay that price for 1 month?? This is NOT what I am used to. I had a 2:30 appointment with Morgan for root color highlight and trim. I was told there would not be enough time to dry my hair. I told her that was unacceptable and to see if anyone else had time to dry my hair. I left at 6 pm . I have shoulder length hair. I will Not recommend or go back to this salon. Any WAY overcharged for the end result.
