My family has had family reunions here for the last 15 years. Every year we have laid claim to at least half a dozen cabins around that time. We were taken by surprise to find that all of the amenities that drew us here are suddenly removed. The unfortunate side effect of this is that we were forced to take a closer look at everything else on the property. just bought in and this is one of my home sites. Not happy that I was not informed of these situations. We planned on visiting this weekend but now we will go to Wally World instead. I have small children so pools and slides were a big decision maker for us.
My family has been members for almost a decade spending most of the summers here. We are all very disappointed in the changes made. They took away everything that made it fun.
Im a member, this used to be my favorite place to go with my family and kids..in one year they have taken away everything the park had to offer..they didnt even have the pool ready for mem day weekend(it was open but the water was green)...even worse nobody has any answers. Its sad cause the staff is nice and helpful.....welcome to corperate america i guess
You took out the indoor pool and now the water slides?? Please don't say it's for safety of our members. You're not going to have members if you continue to take out the things that made them buy the membership in the first place! If you would like some feed back on how to improve the Resort then bring back the indoor pool and water slides and not tear them out!
Have been a member for many years very disappointed last couple years !! And now all this. Would love to sell my membership!! Paid way way too much $$ for all the changes. The place is going down hill fast!! Getting very trashy.
We have been members for over 10 years, what they have been doing to this park in the last few years IS NOT what we bought into!!!!!!! Everything is going UP--UP--UP Were we ever ask for our input???????ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!Now they are doing away with the indoor pool!!!!
