We are not happy that you did away with the in door pool that was1 reason we join in1998 because you have 2 pools when the weather is bad the kids can use the in door pool
amazing how your newsletter has such good information and activities at all the resorts, except our resort, PYMATUNING ADVENTURE RESORT. you closed our resort for the whole winter to repair our indoor pool, ruining our winter visits to resort. I am very upset that the indoor pool is being demolished. It was an important part of our reason to join the resort in the first place. You really need to consider building a new one to replace it. It's bad business to take something so vital to the members and a slap in the face to close the resort all this time and still collect fees when it was closed. I am not happy with the change/also was told oct of last year that they were doing some repairing/painting/that is why they closed end of October/told they were replacing the water heater not getting rid of the indoor pool/I am very upset about this I wonder what the new comers are going to think now that were told that they would have two pools one to use when the weather turns nasty
