They say one thing then request some items then constantly asking for more items . Also you talk to one person one day then another totally different person the next time! Very unprofessional!!

Waste of a hard hit Of course I was approved right away, as long as I was willing to use my car as collateral. News flash I'm not refinancing my car to you, to borrow even more money. Seems like signing you debt over for life. No thank you!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I applied for 3k with a score of 608. CK said excellent approval odds. I recieved the email that said I was approved, just needed to send in proof of income and identity. I called my local branh to finish up the process and was told I was actually NOT approved and needed a co-signer. So I had my mom give her information to co-sign for me, she has a score of 800. After running her credit, we were told I had to be the "co-signer" and my mother had to be the one to actually take the loan out. I have never h... read more

Consolidate I can't give a good rating because the head loan manager done me bad he done everything not to give me that loan I applied online and was approved for 5000 dollars he wouldn't stop til he got my loan down to 2800 I stayed in that office for 5 hours and that didn't include the time the man was working on the printers he wouldn't take my income the bank took it I have social security for me and three other people he said he couldn't take it I said the bank did cause I'm over all the checks he said he couldn't he ev... read more

Waste of time Applied on a Sunday received approved email Monday. Ask to submit info which I sent tues. just to wait till next Monday to be denied. Customer service doesn't know anything. I asked them several questions to assist with the process. Their system was also messed up so it drew the process out. Asked for all your information just to have to use another company

Car Repair Loan I applied for $2500 and was told I was approved after answering a few questions over the phone. I was told just to bring in my Drivers License and 1099 and I would receive a check. I got there with all of the necessary paperwork and after sitting there for 1 hour, they came and said that because my 2017 1099 only showed one paycheck (it was a new position), they couldn't prove income. VERY MISLEADING!!!!! i WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN THROUGH THEM AFTER FILLING OUT THEIR FORM VIA CREDIT KARMA. ONE MAIN FINANCIAL EVEN SENT CONGRATULATION EMAILS WITH POSSIBLE AMOUNT FOR UNSECURED AND SECURED AMOUNTS PENDING PAPERWORK VERIFICATION. I TALKED WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AND WE WENT OVER MY CREDIT REPORT, THEY TOLD ME ALL WAS WELL. I HAVE SOME OLD THINGS ON THERE AND A COUPLE NEW THINGS THAT COULD BE EXPLAINED. STILL I WAS OK'D.
