Purchased because it's wireless! I did a ton of research before purchasing this label maker. I sell on poshmark and have been looking for a label maker that wasn't too big, didn't need ink, and was wireless. I know a lot of other sellers recommend other competing brands, but i didn't want to have to plug anything in every time I wanted to print a label. It require brother lable only . Printer is good , it print well with no issue . Only reason I returned it because it requires brother lable only which is very expensive. Than I purchased a zebra which I can use standard thermal lable which I can purchase from any where
