Cumbersome to print labels With the P-touch Editor software, I've got to screenshot the shipping label, paste it to the editor, readjust it to suit the paper size in the printer, then change the resolution to "High Resolution" to get the label's barcode to be scannable. There are better solutions out there.
Works great but paper rolls needed are too small at regular price This handy little printer is easy to set up and use once you have installed the app that is needed to make it work. You can make all kinds of decals and stickers with this printer, but if you use those a lot, the paper rolls will get expensive. I have not used it in a few months because the rolls run out of stickers so fast, but that's the only complaint I have. The printer itself was a good purchase and I will most likely make many more stickers over time.
Installation in easy I needed a label printer for mailing because of my poor hand writing. I had tried installing one from another manufacturer on a windows11 PC and was unable to figure the process out. They had no tech support so I returned it. I bought my current label printer from Amazon. When it arrived I unboxed it and to my surprise the instruction manual instructed me to go to a website, connect the provided USB cable, plug in and turn on the printer and it installed itself. You will need to turn off the editors light on printer. I like the printer once I got it up and running . First off you will need a USB cable purchased separately if you want to connect mobile on your smart phone device. I purchased the Ativa c/b USB 2.0 cable to use for my galaxy s21. Nice labels but software not as easy as Dymo450. I don’t have it configured properly Im sure. If I called support it might be as easy to use as the dymo 450 I use at work.
