Sorry service everytime I tried to go there. Always act if they could care less Went recently to get a dog I had found at 4 am scanned for a microchip and Cinnamon the lady who was there was a complete failure at customer service acted like I was a bother when the people at the microchip place asked to speak back to the vet who had scanned the dog and she was so like Why and " I don't have anything to do with this " Im not sure why they had to speak to her either But I went to the website like Cinnamon had said to and t... read more
This is the first time I write a review like this but the emotional damage and distress this vet and clinic caused me was unbelievable. I took my 6 year old chihuahua for a emergency check because he had fallen of my husband arms and was visibly hurt and in pain. After waiting around 30 minutes after we arrived the “vet” called me to tell me she was very concerned that My dog had brain damage and had symptoms of meningitis (she did not have any symptoms, no fever, no nothing!) she was eating, drinking, going to potty norma... read more
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this Vet Hospital. October 7th 2020 Called ahead of time to quickly bring in my 3 year old dog who had just been severely bit by another dog. Told the front that she had 2 huge holes on her neck near her trachea and was bleeding out everywhere. Explained this was a LIFE or DEATH situation and she needed immediate medical help. Told me to come right away and someone would help. 9:24pm I arrived at the vet office, called the number on the designated spot and thoroughly explained ag... read more
Full disclosure, we do have a regular vet closer to us, but have brought in cats on three separate occasions for various after hours needs, including a serious emergency at 3:00AM, and have never left there unhappy with the service that we've received. When we have an after hours emergency, we know exactly who to call.
Just wanted to say thank you. My daughter came into your hospital with a sick stray and you were very nice and helped her. She was upset already because she was turned away from Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital. Maybe because she was a teenager??? Anyway, she said she was treated very well at your hospital and you helped the kitten. Thank you.
I would highly recommend looking at other options before considering Quail Corners. Over the last several years I have had numerous bad experiences here that were to the complete detriment of my pets. Just a couple examples including- I once brought in my dog, who was visibly having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics they prescribed. The vet we saw told us- oh that's just probably fluid in her face not swelling from an allergic reaction and sent us home!! Around 10pm that night it had gotten so much worse I rush... read more
Pet care at its best. They saved my dog when his previous vet showed me no love.
It seems to me that there emergency vets may be on a production with salary comp plan that may be affecting recommendations.
**PLEASE READ THIS** do not take your pet here unless it is an absolute life or death matter and you have no other option.... and by no other option I really mean NONE. This “place” is the cash advance or predatory lender of Veteranarians. They have absolutely zero compassion for your pets, feelings, or whats morally right or wrong. I took my 2 year old French Bulldog here last night whom was very sick as a follow up to an emergency vet visit I made out of town a few days prior. My visit started by being placed in a room a... read more
