I paid for TWO inspection with this company and a major leak with the shower wasn't identified. The day I moved my family into our new house we had a leak from our shower that came out the exhaust vent in the downstairs bathroom. I had a contractor come out and fix the leak and associated drywall from the leak and repair. Luckily the listing agent for the property is covering the contractors' fees, but it would have been nicer if this discrepancy was found during either of the inspections I paid too much for.
