Emerson did an inspection for me yesterday and I was highly pleased. He broke down the report for my client in a way that let him know all the issues and which ones were most important without scaring him off. I wad really impressed with his delivery.

Relatively dirty work, professionally done. It appears that a thorough inspection was performed leaving no dust mite undisturbed. My report was 35 pages long, and the inspector explained it as well.
