Why only 5 stars? This just isn't enough. Being a Realtor myself, I know the home buying process is hard, but it's definitely a whole new experience when being the buyer and in a different state, NC. I was so excited to be able to utilize Floyd Gibbs as my inspector on my beach house. Relatively dirty work, professionally done. It appears that a thorough inspection was performed leaving no dust mite undisturbed. My report was 35 pages long, and the inspector explained it as well.
