We are very pleased with their product.
The company is fine. I have no issues with them, just the product is not working as advertised. They said that we would see a big difference in a lot of things, but so far the softener is not as good as what we had in the past. With that said, I haven't called the company yet about my issues. I am sure they will fix the issue when I contact them.
We can tell the difference in the water quality, especially in the shower. Our hair is nicer, and our skin is smoother.
The water tastes very different and is clean. When I take a shower it no longer smells of chlorine. I am very satisfied with the water quality.
