I was contacted to have a water test done on my new home. was not aware that this was going to be a sales pitch for their water filter/softener. after about 4 hours, the paper work was finished and an installation date was set. once installation began, my phone line was cut during the process. quality said they would cover the cost of replacing phone line but in my situation the phone company came and replaced line at no charge. water filter/softener is working as expected with no issues.
