From initial contact through sales and then installation, the team was courteous, well mannered and extremely informative and knowledgeable.
The device that alerts you when there is something wrong with your water will not communicate with my phone. It is not compatible with my Wi-Fi. I have had several technicians out here to try and figure it out. The filter itself seems excellent, The installation and quality of water are good. I don't have any complaints about them, it is just the device itself.
The person who came out was nice to work with and did a great installation with no problems.
