They were very professional and effective. The installation went great.
I've only had the system for 10 days, but I really like the results so far. The installation tech was very thorough and my sales rep was friendly and did his "sales" job, but wasn't pushy at all.
They did a great job! We love our water softener.
They were honest and up front. The guy that installed it couldn't have done a better job keeping everything clean and explaining everything. He was a professional. He was also training someone. I believe he is a real asset to the company and will be keeping the great customer service going the way he was training.
The people were courteous and nice. I like the product. So far 90 percent is good.
