Courteous - Professional - Timely. Great experience!
Crystal was great! I thought about purchasing a different system that was cheaper from my plumber, but she was able to explain give me the questions that I should give to my plumber to see if he could really create a similar system for the money. He couldn't! He actually told me that with Quality Home Products' lifetime guarantee, I was better off spending a little more money for their system rather than buying a system through him since he couldn't guarantee the one that he built me for more than 10 years.
They do exactly what they say they are going to do.
This is new to me, but I'm satisfied with it. I am going to recommend it to others.
