It's a great system and no doubt we get better water. We have noticed a huge difference just in the first week. We bought the system (never looking to see prices elsewhere) I'm sure we could have gotten just as good product for less money. The appointment scheduler said 30 minute water test, which turned into a 2.5 hour sales pitch (and it worked) They need to tell the customers that they do a water test (3 minutes max) and then let you know that they can explain everything else to you.
