Neal was such a great rep, he was funny and personable. Honestly, I must say that I vaguely heard about these water treatments about a year ago, but my impression was that were extremely expensive- so I never really looked into them. Thanks to the right person approaching my husband at Home Depot (and him obliging), it worked out perfectly.
