My wife and I are so pleased with the water system, we knew we wanted better water for our home and especially to consume. Everyone involved with this company from top to bottom was very knowledgable and professional. We are very happy!
Cody was great. Being in sales myself, it's important that your are not only knowledgable, but likable because in the end, people buy from people. He spent a great deal of time here and was very thorough and made the visit more casual of conversation rather than seeming rigid and completely structured or acted out. But he was structured in his presentation, but didn't seem robotic. Awesome guy and product!
The salesman was very, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. The installer, Darren Wilson, was exceptional. He was a kind young man, did everything top-notch, and couldn't have done better. He was very professional.
