The customer service was great. Lee explained everything and made sure that he gave me a system that fit my budget and household needs. He did not oversell or undersell me stuff that I did not need. Trevino was professional and cleaned the sight and made sure I did not have to move anything. He explained everything afterwards like how to turn off the system and how it fits into the sprinklers. It was really helpful. They were great.
After some initial confusion, the sales representative was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and explained the product well. We feel very satisfied with the quality of the product received and enjoy soft water in our home. The only drawback was that the representative insisted we both be there for the full extent of the appointment, which made it last longer than we had anticipated.
