They did a fantastic job. I was impressed with Mark, Brittany, and Jose.
The sales presentation was thorough, and it was certainly low key. It wasn't a high pressure sales presentation by any means, which is refreshing in this day and age. They let the quality of their product do the selling for them, which is really the way it should be with a good product. The product ought to sell itself.
The RainSoft product is good and we can definitely tell the difference. There is always a question though whether we received the best pricing.
