John Birchfield, my salesperson, did a tremendous and exceptional job explaining the product. He was not pushy or aggressive. Lupe Trevino, my installer, did a great job installing the product. After the installation, Lupe gave me a detailed explanation of how products worked. My salesperson and installer were courteous and professional.
