RecommendedVery very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend. The doors didn’t work correct and when installed and we fought for weeks to get them to come out and fix them. Once they finally came out they got them to work but never worked correctly. Not long after one of the doors popped a cable and came crashing down and broke a panel and bent a rail. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, had to order door a 2 week turnaround turned into 3.5weeks with no calls, so we called and apparently the sales man quit, so no one knew about my door. When everything got squared away the install was set at week 4 for 8-10am. So when I call the sales rep and text them for confirmation we get No response, I had to call at lunch and talk to the secretary to get this figured out, apparently they rescheduled me till 3pm. Customer service with the office and sales needs some work. It took over 2 months to get the correct door installed, however, the installers were awesome! A nice gesture or discount would have been great for service recovery.
