I have to say I love the doors, however, we have a new build. On mothers day we got back from a walk and opened the double overhead door and it came off track and got all messed up. We moved here in February so the door was in use 3 1/2 months. When we called for service we were told we would have to pay a service fee since it was a Sunday but if we wait till Monday it would be covered.
