Dr. Monica is the best physician whom I have had experienced. She is thorough in her diagnosis, is very caring, and carries herself in a very professional manner. If I ever have an emergency, I will continue to go to Dr. Monica.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went yesterday because I have been exposed to the flu and began having symptoms in the morning time. I was talked OUT of paying for and getting the flu test because “if you haven’t been sick for four days it’s unlikely you’ll test positive” and then the receptionist from up front came back into my room to convince me not to be tested for the flu. I left knowing nothing more, scheduled an appointment with my primary for today and they said that is OUTRAGEOUS and not true they aren’t sure why ... read more
Stopped in on Saturday around noon was told they were closing at noon. Told to come back Sunday morning. Showed up Sunday at 0930 morning no one there. Sign on door Sun 9-5.

My insurance said go there. When got there, told didn't take insurance. Seen. Almost 2 hrs after appointment. Nurse taking blood was terrible.
I was there for a pre employment drug test so it should have been quick. It was not so quick at all! When I walked in there was no one in the waiting room so I signed in. About 20 seconds later another person walked in. I had to pee when I first walked in so like I said I thought it was going to be fast in and out. I was there for almost 1.5 hours before I asked how much longer before I was seen. The receptionist when to the back and came back gloved and called me to get my urine sample. As if it weren't depressing enough to watch your check- in staff take people who had arrived after me to the back before me while acting like their job that morning was an imposition, your medical providers attitude left the great deal to be desired! I have dealt with chronic asthma and sinus issues my entire life.. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in research and treatment! The service was good she got the right antibiotic but I had strep throat and she gave me a doctor's note I was like there's no way I'll be able to go back to work on Friday I'll have to stretch it till Monday can you change it till Monday they won't change your doctor's note without charging you for another visit
