I was there for a pre employment drug test so it should have been quick. It was not so quick at all! When I walked in there was no one in the waiting room so I signed in. About 20 seconds later another person walked in. I had to pee when I first walked in so like I said I thought it was going to be fast in and out. As if it weren't depressing enough to watch your check- in staff take people who had arrived after me to the back before me while acting like their job that morning was an imposition, your medical providers attitude left the great deal to be desired! I have dealt with chronic asthma and sinus issues my entire life.. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in research and treatment! The service was good she got the right antibiotic but I had strep throat and she gave me a doctor's note I was like there's no way I'll be able to go back to work on Friday I'll have to stretch it till Monday can you change it till Monday they won't change your doctor's note without charging you for another visit

Went in with a severe cut toe. Standing there bleeding and the nurse comes out whispers to the receptionist. She then looks at me and ask if I could come back in a little more than an hour later. Said she had to go eat .Urgent care you say?!!!! So off to Gainesville where they took care of me. Never again.

Timing was fast and the service friendly.
Poor acoustics in the lobby… between the patient chatter, the echo, the glass partition, the face mask and black vernacular it was hard to understand her questions without assistance. The medical part was pretty good‼️
Judy was very professional and I felt confident I was receiving the best health care for my infection. Great staff.

I arrived at 3 minutes to closing, in desperate need for a breathing treatment and they refused....knowing I was in distress and 2 hours from a medical facility.
