The lady's up front weren't very welcoming or friendly. My family and I are visiting from nc. My youngest child (2) needed to be seen. I was pretty concerned he picked up hookworms somewhere from all the playing outside and in the water we've doing. I've had it before and know how painful / uncomfortable it can be. That it doesn't go away unless treated with prescription medicines. They made me feel like I was bugging them or something by how concerned I was. I will never go back to that place for any thing it is a money pit all they want is money and nothing else the care is terrible and I wouldn’t take my dog there much less a human being it is definitely a place to avoid

That is not what I wanted to say. I had an excellent visit with the doctor. She was very attentive to my needs. I give them a 5 star.
Dr. Monica is the best physician whom I have had experienced. She is thorough in her diagnosis, is very caring, and carries herself in a very professional manner. If I ever have an emergency, I will continue to go to Dr. Monica.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went yesterday because I have been exposed to the flu and began having symptoms in the morning time. I was talked OUT of paying for and getting the flu test because “if you haven’t been sick for four days it’s unlikely you’ll test positive” and then the receptionist from up front came back into my room to convince me not to be tested for the flu. I left knowing nothing more, scheduled an appointment with my primary for today and they said that is OUTRAGEOUS and not true they aren’t sure why ... read more
Stopped in on Saturday around noon was told they were closing at noon. Told to come back Sunday morning. Showed up Sunday at 0930 morning no one there. Sign on door Sun 9-5.
