I went in to your location in Homosassa the doctor never called my medications in. When I call today 11/04 the nurse said they did and my pharmacy never got them now I'm in the emergency room with horrible chest pains and can't breathe right

I had an appointment but still had to wait about 20 minutes before I went back. Which is not to bad. Bambi was great. She told me that if I did not get better in a week that I needed to see a specialist. I did call a ENT office and they said I would need a referral. So I call the office back and was told I needed to call back the next day when Bambi was there. I did call the back and told them what I needed. They said I could pick it up later. I said I had to go to work and asked if they could fax it. So I gave them the numb... read more

We waited for 15 mins or so and once the NP came to visit she took the time to ensure she listens to my sons lungs and breathing and helped ensure he would be safe to fly home in about a weeks time.

Why bother... have also informed VA Patients Services if the inadequate & unprofessional treatment I received... enough said.... Will pass this on to My assessment on to: 1. American Legion 2. Veterans of Foreign Wars & 3. DisabledVeterans of America Frank Becerra Disabled Veteran

Upon arrival your sign in screen wasn’t working and staff said they would fix. Meanwhile they didn’t and I waited in waiting room. I received a phone call and stepped out to take. 3 new people came in and she fixed it and then I am now in line behind all of them. I left. I most dissatisfied by the fact that when I signed up for a Q card I was told there was telemedicine but that doesn’t appear to be true. I went in and made an appointment for 12:45. Unfortunately they were way behind. I left the office at 4. I was on a lunch break. The staff was wonderful, although very overwhelmed.

Staff was so nice and helpful. I felt so bad when I walked in and they were busy. All the staff had smiles on their faces and when I left they all said bye and hoped that I feel better soon.

I’m 70 years old and you won’t take my Medicare card cause it was to old sorry but I’m 70 years old I qualify old card or new card
