The customer service here is awful. I have 2 accounts with them and when I brought my issue up with them, they were rude and acted like I didn’t matter. Well. I’m cancelling my 2 accounts and going somewhere else.

I have found no matter what price you pay for the wash your car comes out looking the same. Wheels and back bumper are never cleaned.

The attendant at the entrance scolded me for not taking my antenna off and folding in my mirrors before I got to his position. It didn’t clean my wheels, tailgate and rear bumper. I folded my mirrors in and the brushes folded them forward, thought they were going to break. I took my Jeep a few days later and the brushes didn’t touch the passenger side. They may be going through some adjustment issues with their brushes.
